It depends on how many founders there are, how much is being invested and what kind of business you plan. At the first consultation we will compare the options, including the liability of members and ongoing obligations.
When the documents are in order, registration with the court register (sudski registar) is usually quick. The timing depends mostly on preparing the founding documents and on whether everything required is submitted on time.
If you have an invoice or another authentic document, recovery can often begin with enforcement proceedings. If the debtor objects, the matter continues as civil litigation. It is important to act in time, before the claim becomes time-barred.
Yes. In addition to representation in individual matters, regular legal support is possible. Costs are calculated under the Attorney Fee Tariff (Odvjetnička tarifa), and the terms of engagement are agreed in advance and in writing.
